Anjelica began working at Little Star Center as a Behavior Technician shortly after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology from the University of North Florida in December 2009. She then decided to further her education and pursue certification in applied behavior analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology. Anjelica became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in 2012 through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Anjelica spent a couple years serving as a Senior Therapist/Team Lead with Little Star Center before becoming the Assistant Director in July of 2012. Anjelica then became the Executive Director in December 2012. Anjelica earned her Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis & Autism through Sage Graduate School in May 2015 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in October 2015. Anjelica is an active member of the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis.

Ashley earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2007 and went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focused in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2008. She joined the Little Star team in December of 2008 and has experience working with children with developmental delays in the home, school and clinical settings. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Ashley served as Little Star Center’s Assistant Director for over 2 years before moving to South Carolina. Ashley now provides remote supervision for Little Star Center on a part-time basis.

Noel Flores received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Fine Arts from Flagler College in 1999, earning her BCaBA shortly following. Having been immersed in her work with children with special needs for a number of years, Noel decided to go back to school to pursue her Masters of Education in Special Education at the University of Florida, and simultaneously received her Board Certification of Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Florida Institute of Technology. Her clinical interests and specializations include verbal behavior, social skills, staff training and behavior reduction.
Noel has worked with children and adolescents in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 12 years within community and home-based programs, public and private schools, and clinical settings. Her experiences as a therapist, teacher, consultant, and clinic director give her a well-rounded approach to treatment.

Alyssa obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy from Longwood University in 2012, and earned her national certification for CTRS shortly following. She completed the behavior analysis certification coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology and obtained her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification in 2013. Alyssa has experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities in home, clinical, and private school settings.
Ana received her Bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology from IEST University and completed the BCAB coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology to obtain her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification. Ana has worked with children with autism and other developmental disabilities in the school setting and within the home. Before joining Little Star Center, Ana served as a developmental specialist for children with autism and also worked at a private school for children with autism, where she taught early learners and advanced students. Ana is also fluent in Spanish.
Jennifer obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University in 2010. There, she completed the behavior analysis coursework necessary to pursue certification. Jennifer obtained her Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst Certification in 2011. Jennifer has experience working with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities in home, day program, clinical, and school settings.
Angela received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and completed the BCAB coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology to obtain her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification. Angela has worked with children with autism and other developmental disabilities in the Clay and Duval County school system, within the home, and clinical setting. Before joining Little Star Center, Angela was the social skills coordinator for children with autism at a private clinic. She also has experience working with teenagers with autism and other developmental disabilities, clients with severe problem behavior, potty training, and food acceptance.
